The GOLD STREET Studio workspace saw some nice upgrades this year with GIK Acoustic treatment that not only improves the recording & mixing space, but also creates a cosy and visually inspiring room to work in. I added a G&L "Strat:" Electric Guitar (by Leo Fender), with upgraded to Fender Fat 50's pickups to the guitar collection, while writing several new songs for an upcoming Christian Music project. This year we celebrated our daughter Jasmine Cap graduating from UCLA with honors and a Bachelor of Science degree. Click here to see her Graduation Photos. She has since completed EMT training and certification and is now studying for her MCAT exam for Medical School in 2025. Gloria and I celebrated our 24th Wedding Anniversary and planning our next move.
