  • Write them down using the S.M.A.R.T.e.r. framework.
  • Make them Visible. Print/Pin them on a Whiteboard.
  • Review them Daily as part of your Workday start-up.List Element
  • Create a Vision Board to imagine/visualize "success".
  • Remember Your Why? (motivation) and the Cost of NOT?
  • Write down key 3-5 Actions/Next Steps & Resources needed.
  • Time-block daily/weekly Goal-related "deep work" time..
  • Go on blast! Share your Goals with your Friends/Network.
  • Seek Guidance from God, Pray, Get Advice & Ask for help!.
  • Schedule reg. checkin calls with a like-minded Friend, Mentor or Coach.
